“ Added August 1, 2025 We were closed in June but are now back open. It's convenient to check out our Instagram account @comtuan. Recently, we've been open in the evenings, which is great for after-work dining. They also offer chilled pho for the summer, but I love the bun cha zo. It's a hearty meal with deep-fried spring rolls, minced meat, and shredded lettuce and cucumber. Even if the menu runs out, their signature chicken pho is made on the spot, so you can rest assured. Tuan's delicious cuisine from his native Vietnam and attentive service are truly an oasis in Hanakoganei! They'll be there when you open the door! We're currently offering takeout only. 3 years ago: Vietnamese restaurant Com Tuan was reborn as "Pho Minh Hai," a chicken pho specialty restaurant, in April. After a long period of takeout-only service, we've now reopened for dine-in dining. The carefully prepared chicken soup gently seeps into your stomach. ”

“ Apparently, they've been operating as a chicken pho specialty restaurant offering takeout and eat-in since April of this year. I was attracted by the restaurant's simple, limited menu to chicken pho and its chic exterior. I think there were two tables and about four seats at the counter inside (I can't remember). It's not very spacious. The menu consists of chicken pho (large/regular/small) and optional toppings of cilantro or lemon. There's no drink menu, but they serve iced Vietnamese tea. I ordered chicken pho (large) for 1,050 yen and cilantro (small) for 50 yen. The chicken broth had a gentle salty flavor. The toppings were simple, just shredded chicken and green onion (there might have been some herbs in there?). The pho had just the right amount of firmness and a chewy texture. Its simplicity made it a timeless flavor, and it was so delicious I'd want to eat it regularly. Cilantro and a slice of lemon are included by default. The amount of cilantro is small, so if you like cilantro, you should add more (I was satisfied with the small portion, but for cilantro addicts, there is a large portion available for 200 yen). There is also chili sauce and pickled garlic and chili peppers on the table to change up the flavor. I thought the chili sauce might go well with the ramen, but the chili's unique acidity and spiciness were a nice accent. Just adding one or two slices of pickled chili pepper and garlic also adds a punch to the flavor, so they might be good for changing up the flavor later in the meal. It's best to try a little bit of each. The owner is from Vietnam. He seems to be running the place alone, but his service was great. The menu only consists of pho, so it's recommended for people who want a simple meal. ”

“ This Vietnamese restaurant is in my neighborhood. The food was delicious. The interior is bright and clean. There are only three or four table seats, but there are also counter seats, so it might be a good idea to have a few drinks before heading home. ”

“ The decoration is very simple but warm, the menu dont have lots of pages, everything was delicious, the drink is very special but very good, we drink was recommended, a little bit sweet, but particularly delicious. The whole atmosphere of this Vietnamese restaurant is very good, and the decoration is very careful. There is a photo album of the owner every time he comes back from Vietnam. You can feel the care of decoration when you just pass by this restaurant. There are colorful lights and potted plants at the door. There are not so many seats, and the menu is not many dishes, but they are all delicious and not easy to be ignored. It is really recommended. ”

“ The restaurant has changed its name to Pho Minh Hai and appears to specialize in chicken pho. I visited during lunchtime. I chose the chicken pho (regular) for ¥950 and the cilantro topping (small) for ¥50. The soup has a gentle, low-salt flavor, simmered for a long time to bring out its umami. Lemon and cilantro are served on a separate plate. There was pickled garlic and chili peppers and a red, sweet, spicy, and sour sauce (I forgot what it was called) on the table, which were a great way to change up the flavor. I really enjoyed them. The lotus tea served at the restaurant was delicious. I received a topping coupon for my next visit when I paid, and I've confirmed my return. Thank you very much. ”

“ It seems they only offer takeout at the moment. I had the beef pho. It was very delicious. ”
